The association is the publisher of, and responsible for, both the website and the app. The people named above act in their capacity within the association, not in a personal capacity.

Mobile apps​

The BDE INSA HdF app is distributed through Apple's App Store and Google's Play Store. Neither platform is the publisher of the app.

Intellectual property​

BDE INSA HdF owns the intellectual property rights, or holds the rights of use, in the material on the website and in the app: text, images, graphics, logos and icons.

Logos and visual material belonging to partner associations and clubs remain the property of their respective authors, who authorise their publication in this context.

Any reproduction, representation, modification or distribution of all or part of this material, by any means, is prohibited without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use constitutes infringement, punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.

The website's source code is published under the MIT licence and may be reused freely under that licence, provided copyright notices are retained. See the project's LICENSE file.

Personal data​

How personal data is processed — what is collected, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability — is described in our privacy policy.

For any request concerning your data: rgpd@bde-insa-hdf.com. No proof of identity is required for a request that clearly comes from the person concerned.

Cookies​

This site uses no audience-measurement tools and no advertising trackers. Only display preferences (light or dark theme) may be stored locally in your browser; they cannot identify you and are not transmitted to anyone.

The website and the app may link to third-party sites. The association has no control over their content and accepts no responsibility for it.

Liability​

The website and the app are developed and maintained by student volunteers. The association makes reasonable efforts to publish accurate, up-to-date information, without being able to guarantee it: omissions, inaccuracies and service interruptions may occur.

Practical information (times, locations, availability) is indicative; in case of doubt, information communicated directly by an event's organiser prevails.

The association cannot be held liable for indirect damage arising from use of the website or the app, or from their unavailability.

Reporting an error or a piece of content​

For an error, a malfunction, or content you believe to be unlawful, write to bdi@bde-insa-hdf.com describing the problem and identifying the page or post concerned. A reporting form is also available in the app (Profile → Report a problem).

Governing law​

This legal notice is governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts have sole jurisdiction. The reference language is French.
