Management of Personal Data​

In France, personal data is notably protected by Law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, Law No. 2004-801 of August 6, 2004, Article L. 226-13 of the Penal Code, and the European Directive of October 24, 1995.

In any case, Axel Lenroué only collects personal information about the user for the purpose of providing certain services offered by the site. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction​

These conditions of the site https://bde.insahdf.fr are governed by French law and any dispute or litigation that may arise from the interpretation or execution of these conditions will be the exclusive competence of the courts where the registered office of Axel Lenroué is located. The language of reference for the settlement of any disputes is French.
